DONATION REQUESTS
Please keep in mind the Minot Optimist Club receives many requests for support. Although there are many worthy causes in the Minot community, we are unable to approve all requests.
DOLLAR AMOUNT
This donation request form is for requests for more than $200. If you are requesting an amount lower than $200, please send a request email to minotoptimistclub@gmail.com
PROCESSING TIME
All requests must be submitted 45+ days before the contribution is needed to allow processing time.
PREVIOUS SUPPORT
Due to many requests, we ask that you seek monetary funding no more than once per fiscal year (Oct-Sept). *Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis as determined by the Board of Directors

VOLUNTEER REQUESTS
Do you have an event that you need volunteers? Provide us with some additional information and we will see if we can help out! All requests must be submitted 30+ days before the event to allow processing time.
